Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA) Annual Report

Under the BC Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA), public organizations like Health Quality BC must report each year on all disclosures of wrongdoing. Reports must include the number of disclosures, whether the disclosures were investigated and the outcomes of those investigations.
